Missed Classes We are not able to reschedule your missed class in another session’s class, however, missing one class will not prevent you from completing your course. What you missed in one class will be reviewed in the next and you can practice at home. If you must miss two classes, then we recommend you book a private session to learn the elements missed in those classes to catch up. Center Rules
All dogs must be on leash and under control unless in a crate or practicing off-leash exercises under an instructor’s supervision. Leashes should be 6 feet or less and non-retractable unless instructed otherwise.
Dogs should be kept out of reach of other dogs. Please do not allow your dog to approach other dogs to say “hi”. Not all dogs appreciate the greeting and we want your dog to be focused on you!
Potty your dog before bringing them into the building. The potty area is behind the building. Many people use the potty area, so please clean up after your dog.
Females in heat - We do allow females in heat in our facility but please bring a cover up or pair of velcro panties/dog underwear to prevent your dog from leaving discharge on the floors. Don't have these? We can help you find them.
If bringing children to a group class we ask that at least one adult with no dog is present to supervise.
Aggressive Dogs Dogs that have bitten someone or shown aggressive tendencies toward humans or dogs are not suitable to be in group classes. Please contact us for private lessons. We will determine if the issue is one for referral to a behaviorist or a training issue that we can help with. Your Dog's Issue not Covered in Class If you have a specific question regarding your dog’s behavior that is not covered in a group class, you may ask the instructor for input. However, if the issue requires more than a short answer, we would suggest you book a private session to address it. We offer 15 minute free evaluations if you're unsure.
